Shipping

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times:
We offer shipping via USPS, UPS or FedEx with the following estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic shipping: 3 to 8 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during high-demand periods or due to external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Information Verification:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor the status of your shipment directly with the carrier.

Shipping Liability:
Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or mishandling caused by the shipping company. Any claims must be made directly with the respective carrier.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for orders with incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • We do not issue refunds for the value of lost, misdelivered, or mishandled packages by the shipping carrier.
